Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect before it has been worn or used, we will replace it at no cost. Refunds are not issued.
If your item arrives damaged or the packaging is compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must include photo evidence of all original packaging. Claims made outside this window may not be eligible for compensation.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel goes missing due to this, we’ll do our best to help, but a refund will only be issued if the item is returned to us as undeliverable.
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a full refund excluding shipping costs. You’re welcome to place a new order if you still wish to receive the items. Packages may be marked undeliverable due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel from a local collection point after a missed delivery.
